The name Furry Princess came from the little chihuahua "Cassie" in the pictures on this page. She was Janet's Furry Little Princess. She could not find jewelry that would fit her so she started making necklaces for "Cassie" and her other Chihuahua "Tiki". Cassie passed away suddenly several years ago, thus the name in her memory.

People would see her girls jewelry and started asking us to make their pet one. Janet then decided if she could make them for pets she could make them for people too.
